1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use VoteSnap.
• If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to do so.

2) Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your login secure.
• Provide accurate information during sign-in and profile setup.
• Do not share accounts or attempt to access other users’ accounts.

3) User Content & Permissions

You may upload photos and related content (“User Content”). By uploading, you confirm you own the content or have permission to use it.

• You grant VoteSnap a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content within the app for contest functionality.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms, community rules, or applicable law.

4) Fair Usage Policy

• No vote manipulation, automated voting, fake accounts, or abusive activity.
• No spam, harassment, hate content, nudity/sexual content, or illegal content.
• No attempts to exploit bugs or bypass system limits.

5) Contests & Results

• Contest rules may vary by event and will be shown in the app or related pages.
• We may adjust, suspend, or cancel contests for operational, legal, or integrity reasons.
• Final decisions on contest integrity and outcomes may be taken to prevent misuse/fraud.

6) Rewards, Points & Virtual Items

• Rewards/points are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
• We may change reward rules, tiers, and redemption requirements to protect fairness.
• If we detect fraud/abuse, we may revoke points and block redemptions.

7) Advertising

VoteSnap may display ads (for example via Google AdMob). Ads help keep the service running. Third-party ad partners may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8) Third-Party Services & Loan Offers

VoteSnap may show third-party offers (including loan-related offers or links) provided by partners.

• Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Loan services (if shown) are provided by third-party partners.
• VoteSnap is not responsible for loan approvals, interest rates, or partner decisions.

9) Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security/integrity reasons.
• Upon termination, your access to rewards/points may be removed where abuse is detected.

10) Disclaimers

• VoteSnap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific contest outcomes.
• Content and results may be affected by network issues, device limitations, and third-party services.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoteSnap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
